Who Am I?
I am Ibrahim Aminu, also known as Prince Ij - a Fullstack Developer with expertise in modern web technologies. My journey into software development began during my late teenage years with SoloLearn, but everything changed when I enrolled in the ALX Software Engineering Program - an intensive one-year course that opened my eyes to what real development truly is.
I learned that software engineers don't just write code; we build the systems that power the world. This realization drove me to continuously expand my knowledge and skillset, transforming from a curious beginner into a professional developer capable of creating scalable, robust solutions using technologies like React.js, Express.js, Python, MongoDB, and JavaScript

Currently in my final year (2025) studying Computer Science at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, one of Nigeria's most prestigious institutions. Beyond academics, I serve as Project Manager at the Ahmadu Bello Developers Club, where I lead technical initiatives and mentor fellow developers.

Frontend Development
Good Understanding of Frontend Technologies and ability to craft excellent handworks with them. Some of the specifics include: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Redux, Bootstrap etc.
Databases
Fluent with Relational Databases with (SQL). Experienced with MySQL and PostgreSQL. Object Relational Mapper (SQLAlchemy). Non-Relational Databases basically with MongoDB and it's Object Document Mapper(ODM) Mongoose.
Backend Development
Good Understanding of Backend Technologies and ability to build resilient and scalable API's. Some of the specifics include: Flask, Fastapi, Expressjs, NodeJs etc.
Testing & Best Practices
Testing (TDD) and best coding practices. Understanding and Implementation of Unit Testing, Integration Testing and End to End testing. Some of the tools I use are: Cypress, Playwright, Pytest, Vite, mocha, node etc.

Abilty to deploy applications and practical understanding of Git and Github, Collaboration and Project Management tools e.g Trello, Google Workspace, Agile Methodologies, Professional Skills including but not limited to: Leadership, Communication, Team Work and Mentorship
